Please allow 3-7 business days to complete before shipping. If you would like local shipping, please contact us first. Local shipping is for certain areas in the Pittsburgh PA area only. All other areas must choose first class mail. We also offer priority shipping for an additional cost.
We accept returns and exchanges. We must be contacted at dawn@cookiesclosetllc.com within 7 days of you receiving the merchandise. All returns and exchanges the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All merchandise must be returned with 21 days in the same condition received. Once returned, the exchange will then be shipped. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for the exchange only if the buyer ordered the wrong size or the wrong color. If merchandise is damaged in any way, please contact us for an exchange.
