Refund policy

We accept returns and exchanges on any merchandise except custom and personalized orders. We must be contacted at dawn@cookiesclosetllc.com within 7 days of you receiving the merchandise. All returns and exchanges the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless merchandise is damaged. All merchandise must be returned with 21 days in the same condition it was received. Once returned, the exchange will then be shipped or the refund processed. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for the exchange only if the buyer ordered the wrong size or the wrong color. If merchandise is damaged in any way, please contact us for an exchange.
