We can have the hats shipped to you or if you're planning on seeing Mike or Dawn at a (Pittsburgh, Pa) car cruise soon, we can personally hand you the shirt. If you would like to see us at an event to hand you the hat, please select local shipping.
Please allow 7-10 business days to be completed before shipping. If you are planning on seeing Mike or Dawn at a local car cruise (Pittsburgh, PA) or Steel Town Mustang event, please choose local shipping and we can bring the merchandise to you. All other areas must choose first class mail. We also offer priority shipping for an additional cost.
We accept returns and exchanges, except on personalized items. We must be contacted at dawn@cookiesclosetllc.com within 7 days of you receiving the merchandise. All returns and exchanges the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All merchandise must be returned with 21 days in the same condition received. Once returned, the exchange will then be shipped. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs for the exchange only if the buyer ordered the wrong size or the wrong color. If merchandise is damaged in any way, please contact us at dawn@cookiesclosetllc.com for an exchange.
