To apply, clean the surface with rubbing alcohol, rub both sides of the decal with a credit card, place it face down, and slowly remove the white backing. Carefully position it on your item, smooth it down, and peel off the clear transfer tape. Hand wash only—do not soak or scrub the design. Seller is not responsible for damage during application.
Orders take 3–7 business days to complete before shipping. Local delivery is available in certain Pittsburgh, PA areas—contact us first. All other orders ship via first-class mail, with priority shipping available for an extra cost.
Returns and exchanges are accepted (except for personalized items). Contact dawn@cookiesclosetllc.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned within 21 days in the same condition, with buyers covering return shipping. Exchanges incur shipping costs only if the wrong size or color was ordered. Damaged items can be exchanged by contacting us.
