To apply, clean the surface with rubbing alcohol, rub both sides of the decal with a credit card, place it face down, and slowly peel off the white paper backing. Carefully position the decal, press it down with your fingers or a credit card, and then gently remove the clear transfer tape. Hand wash only—do not soak or rub against the design. We’re not responsible for damage during application.
Orders take 3–7 business days to process before shipping. For local delivery in certain Pittsburgh, PA areas, contact us first; all others should choose first-class mail, with priority shipping available for an added fee.
Returns and exchanges are accepted (excluding personalized items) if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Items must be returned within 21 days in original condition, with buyers covering return shipping. Exchanges ship after returns are received, and buyers pay exchange shipping only if they ordered the wrong size or color. For damaged items, contact us for an exchange.
